      ArtiCAD made Hammets Crossing Office Park our home. Many years ago we were tenants and left the office park for a while, but we missed Hammets Crossing just too much. We are back in the office park for at least 6 years and not planning to move soon. Moneyline manages Hammets very well and have not once had problems resolving any issues. It is also great with all the recent load shedding to have the generators, therefore business carries on as normal.

        The KID Group of Companies has been tenants of Hammets Crossing Office Park since its inception in 2001. The Group has grown continually during the years of tenancy and has always found the Management and Staff of Hammets Crossing to be obliging and helpful with any matter requiring attendance/repair. The sizable gardens and surrounds are always kept neat and tidy. Common property of Units are cleaned on a daily basis, as well maintained/repainted as and when necessary. Generators have been installed as backup electricity and strict Security measures are in operation 24/7.

          Over the last 10 years that we’ve been in the park we have always found all the Moneyline / Da Silva Parks representatives to be extremely helpful in dealing with any requests. We are always well informed as to what is happening in the park and they have always been very accommodating. The maintenance in the park is always kept up to date leaving the park looking neat, tidy and very well kept. We have been nothing but impressed with the high standards that have been maintained during our time in the park.

Due to the nature of advertising, our balcony and bar area have played a crucial part in entertaining our clients, guests and to build our team’s morale by hosting frequent ‘bar nights’.
