Dennis Da Silva, a qualified inspector of works, commenced his career with the Johannesburg Municipality as a building inspector, moving to project manager in community housing. Ultimately leaving the council to establish his own speculative home & commercial construction business.

In 1996 Dennis undertook his first multi-unit development in Randpark Ridge known as Benguela Place. Since then he has completed 634 clusters and town houses. In 2000 he started construction on his first commercial development in Johannesburg North known as Hammets Crossing Office Park. The office park consists of approximately +-17200m2 of gross lettable office space (19 Buildings). In 2006 he undertook the second commercial development in North Riding known as Fancourt Office Park. The office park consists of approximately +-21700m2 gross lettable office space (18 Buildings). Another two pieces of land has been acquired in close proximity to Fancourt and Hammets Crossing for office park development.

Dennis is an extremely family orientated businessman and his children play a key role in the daily running and success of the parks. He believes in a hands-on approach which is probably the biggest secret to his success.
